What is Messenger?

Check again if the message is archived
Your messages may have been archived and are no longer in your current conversations. Archived messages are not lost forever. So it’s worth checking your archived message folders just to be sure.
For mobile users:
- Now click on the profile icon.
- For desktop users:
- Meet Facebook Messenger.
For pc users:
- Go to the Messages tab and click Settings.
- Click “Archived Conversations” and you will see all messages archived there.
Download Facebook data to your phone and computer
The problem with Facebook is that it keeps your deleted messages for a while before completely deleting them from its servers. It is stored as data. You can download the above information from Facebook and I will show it to you.
You can ask Facebook to send you a copy of your information. The data may include some of your deleted messages.
